Disappointingly after over 2 hours we are still waiting for our food. The takeaway called after an hour and 20 to say they were out of one of the items (they should mark these as out of stock as it was the same item as last time we ordered) and that they are very busy. This is understandable but the takeaway should not accept orders if they cannot fulfill them in a reasonable timescale. The food is usually good so the review reflects this.

Shocking the burgers were stone cold half the size they used to be and as for the dirty fries what a joke I’ve had better cheesy chips. Oh and the milkshake straw got lost on route

Food was very nice but they got our order wrong - third time in a row that there's been a mistake. One of us requested no salad on their burger, but when we opened our boxes it turned out that no one had been given salad - even the 2 veggie burgers we'd ordered.

When they initially opened the delivery was a little bit slow but the food more than made up for it, over the last few months the delivery times for Wimblington have crept up to the two hour mark some nights and the food quality is way down on what it was. Additionally the care taken in the orders was massively down hill - missed items and if you call up because it's part of a deal there's nothing they can do unless you want to drive in mid-meal and wait for a new burger to be made... Pointless offer in my opinion and then having to spend 10 minutes on the phone mid meal exchanging card details for a refund or I had to come in and collect a refund another time? In their prime we had a couple £100+ orders and don't regret those, but all the recent orders feel like money wasted and a let down evening. Stopped ordering since the last but got an email to leave a review so figured I'd log in one last time, especially since I cannot get off the SMS messaging marketing which is constant and over-aggressive - everyday's a discount

The food was lovely as always, but there were a couple of mistakes on our order; one of our burgers was ordered without salad but came with salad, and the can of Coke in the meal deal wasn't in the bag. We only realised once we'd got home with the order. It would be nice if the vegan burgers were available in the meal deals as well as we had to order them separately.

Once again the quality was outstanding, Al ingredients are top class and are complemented by the cooking, thank goodness you are there.
